Clause 498

Amendment of National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) Act

Section 7(2) of the National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) Act (Cap. 204A, 2006 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)”, the words “and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
