Amendment of Prevention of Corruption Act

Section 4E(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 241, 1993 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
