Clause 504

Amendment of Public Utilities Act

Section 41(8) of the Public Utilities Act (Cap. 261, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “section 127 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 397 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
