Amendment of Registration of Criminals Act

Part II of the First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act (Cap. 268, 1985 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the item relating to the “House to House and Street Collections Act”, the following item: “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018. . .Sections 236, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411(1) and (2), 412, 413, 414, 415 and 416(1), (2) and (3).”.
