Clause 508

Amendment of Singapore Armed Forces Act

Section 205A(2) of the Singapore Armed Forces Act (Cap. 295, 2000 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
