Clause 509

Amendment of Singapore Institute of Technology Act

Section 7(2) of the Singapore Institute of Technology Act (Cap. 299B, 2015 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)”, the words “and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
