Clause 510

Amendment of Singapore Management University Act

Section 5(2) of the Singapore Management University Act (Cap. 302A, 2014 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)”, the words “and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
