Clause 512

Amendment of Singapore University of Social Sciences Act 2017

Section 7(2) of the Singapore University of Social Sciences Act 2017 (Act 30 of 2017) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)”, the words “and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
