Clause 513

Amendment of Singapore University of Technology and Design Act

Section 7(2) of the Singapore University of Technology and Design Act (Cap. 305E, 2012 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)”, the words “and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
