Clause 516

Amendment of Stamp Duties Act

Section 36 of the Stamp Duties Act (Cap. 312, 2006 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph (h) and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
