Clause 518

Amendment of Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act

The Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act (Cap. 395, 1994 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 124 of the Bankruptcy Act” in sections 1(2) and (3) and 2(1) and substituting in each case the words “section 419 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal reference “Cap. 20.” in sections 1(2) and 2(1).
