Amendment of Trade Unions Act

Section 20(3) of the Trade Unions Act (Cap. 333, 2004 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)” and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
