Clause 521

Amendment of Trust Companies Act

The Trust Companies Act (Cap. 336, 2006 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)” in section 12(1) and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Companies Act” in section 12(2) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Internal Security Act (Cap. 143),” in the definition of “specified written law” in Part III of the Third Schedule, the words “the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018,”.
