Amendment of section 74

Section 74 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) A person against whom the High Court makes an order under subsection (1) may bring an appeal from the order to the Court of Appeal only with the leave of the High Court or the Court of Appeal.”;

(b)

by deleting the words “an order under subsection (1) refusing leave” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “an order refusing leave under subsection (1)”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “civil matter” in subsection (5), the words “, quasi‑criminal matter”.
