Amendment of section 83

Section 83 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Fourth or Fifth” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Fourth, Fifth or Sixth”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “, Fourth and Fifth” in the section heading and substituting the words “to Sixth”.
