Amendment of section 30

Section 30 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Despite subsection (1), the Court of Appeal in the exercise of its civil jurisdiction is duly constituted for the purpose of hearing and determining a matter specified in the Sixth Schedule, if it consists of the number of Judges of Appeal specified for that matter in that Schedule.”.
