Amendment of section 37

Section 37 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “on interlocutory applications, or” in subsection (3); and

(b)

by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) Except as provided in subsection (3), such further evidence may be given only on special grounds and with the leave of the Court of Appeal.”.
