Clause 24

by deleting the words “with the bills and vouchers relating thereto” in subsection (2)(a);

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) Before permitting the inspection of, or the making of extracts from, any return or statement under subsection (2)(b), the Returning Officer must —

completely redact the address and contact number of any individual disclosed in the return or statement; and

partially redact the identity card number of any individual disclosed in the return or statement.”; and

by deleting the words “the period of 6 months mentioned in subsection (2)(b)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “one year after the date of publication of the notice mentioned in subsection (1)”.
