Clause 11

Amendment of section 30C

Section 30C of the Electricity Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “regulations” in subsection (1), the words “under section 103”;

(b)

by inserting the word “and” at the end of subsection (2)(d); and

(c)

by deleting paragraphs (e) and (f) of subsection (2) and substituting the following paragraph:“(e)the manner in which any notice or application under section 30B must be given or made, and the person or persons who are required to give the notice or make the application.”.
