Amendment of section 64
Section 64 of the Electricity Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “under subsection (3)” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “to consider and determine the appeal”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “establish by direction, within 30 days of the request, an Appeal Panel to consider an appeal made under this section” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “establish an Appeal Panel within 30 days after the request to consider and determine the appeal in question”.
