New section 100A
The Electricity Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 100, the following section:“Payment into Consolidated Fund100A. All composition sums collected by the Authority under section 93 and all financial penalties collected by the Authority under this Act, must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
