Amendment of section 103
Section 103(2) of the Electricity Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (q); and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (r) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(s)the prescribing of any service provided in connection with the performance of any function or duty of the Authority, for which the Authority may charge a price by way of agreement with the person to whom the service is provided (instead of prescribing the price).”.
