Clause 30

by deleting the words “a system comprising the transmission system” in the definition of “electricity system” in section 2 and substituting the words “a system comprising a transmission system of a transmission licensee”;

by deleting the words “the transmission system” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “a transmission system of a transmission licensee”:Sections 3(3)(e), 17(1)(c) and 43(1)(b) and (c);

by deleting the words “disconnect a non-contestable consumer from the transmission system” in section 24(1) and substituting the words “disconnect a non‑contestable consumer from a transmission system of the transmission licensee”; and

by inserting, immediately after the words “the transmission system” in section 24(4)(a), the words “of the transmission licensee to which the charges relate”.
