Amendment of section 9
Section 9(1) of the Electricity Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (f); and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (g) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(h)for the purpose mentioned in paragraph (h) of section 6(1), carry on such activity relating to electricity as may be specified in any order made under that paragraph.”.
