Amendment of section 63G
Section 63G of the Gas Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (2);
(b)
by deleting the words “described in section 63A(5)(a) in the designated gas licensee, designated entity or designated business trust” in subsection (4)(a); and
(c)
by deleting the words “subsections (2), (3) and (4)” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “subsections (3) and (4)”.
