Amendment of section 84
Section 84 of the Gas Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “under section 83(3) or 93(4)” in subsection (1); and
(b)
by deleting the words “in the direction establishing the Appeal Panel under section 83(3) or 93(4)” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “in establishing the Appeal Panel”.
