Clause 20

by deleting the words “, together with adequate details of the grounds for the appeal” in subsection (1);

by deleting subsection (2);

by deleting the words “lodged under subsection (1)” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “made to the Minister”;

by deleting the words “lodged an appeal under subsection (1) shall” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “made an appeal to the Minister must”; and

by deleting subsection (7) and substituting the following subsection:“(7) The Minister may make regulations prescribing —

the time and manner in which an appeal must be made under this section; and

the procedure to be adopted in determining any appeal by the Minister under this section.”.
