Amendment of section 39
Section 39 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “11(1)(a) or (b), 12(5), 13(3)(a), 14(3), 15(1), 17(1)(a) or (b), 18(2) or (6), 19(3), 22(1)(a) or (2)(a)” and substituting the words “10(2)(b), 11(1)(a) or (b), 12(5), 13(3)(a), 14(3), 14A(3), 15(1), 17(1)(a) or (b), 18(2) or (6), 18A(3), 19(3), 22(1)(a), (1A)(a) or (b), (2)(a) or (3)(a)”.
