Amendment of section 11
Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “7 days” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “14 days”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “agrees to pay,” in subsection (2), the words “or by raising objections in writing,”.
