Clause 3

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Despite subsection (1), any refuse, waste and filth of every sort, and any other matter or thing, that is conveyed within the refuse pipeline networks of any DPWCS established under Part IIIA is also the property of the Agency which the Agency may sell or dispose of as the Agency thinks fit.”.
