Amendment of section 12
Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against” and substituting the words “No liability shall lie personally against”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in the execution or purported execution of this Act or any other written law” and substituting the words “who, acting in good faith and with reasonable care, does or omits to do anything in the execution or purported execution of this Act”.
