Amendment of section 24A

Section 24A(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)to inspect, maintain, adjust, repair or alter —

(i)

any main, pipe, water installation or water service installation mentioned in paragraph (a); and

(ii)

any other main, water installation or pipe that is acquired by the Board and immediately leased back to another person, and is used for the supply of water to those or other premises;”.
