Clause 4

When corporations related to each other

For the purposes of this Act, where a corporation —

(a)

is the holding company of another corporation;

(b)

is a subsidiary of another corporation; or

(c)

is a subsidiary of the holding company of another corporation,then the firstmentioned corporation and the other corporation are treated as related to each other.
