Amendment of section 13A
Section 13A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “to meet all expenditure —” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “to meet any of the following expenditure to the extent not expressly provided as may be met from the Rail Infrastructure Fund:”;
(b)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of subsection (2)(a)(i);
(c)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d) of subsection (2), the following paragraph:“(da)to refund any sums collected as charges or cash‑bids that are in excess of what is payable under section 13A of the Rapid Transit Systems Act;”; and
(d)
by deleting the words “investments or moneys” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “investments of moneys”.
