Amendment of section 10B
Section 10B of the TSOF Act is amended by deleting the words “$30,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “$250,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years”.
