Clause 25

Section 36B(2) of the Immigration Act (Cap. 133) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (ia), the following paragraph:“(ib)identifying an individual who is unconscious or otherwise unable to communicate, for the purposes of providing urgent medical care to the individual;”.
