Clause 9

Section 11A(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “paragraphs 1(1) and (2) and 2” and substituting the words “paragraphs 1(1) and (2), 1A(1) and (2), and 2 (in relation to sub‑paragraph (2)(a)(i) of that paragraph)”.
