Amendment of section 90
Section 90(2) of the Employment Act is amended by deleting the words “terms of service relating to leave more favourable than those contained in section 89” in paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case the words “terms of service more favourable than those contained in sections 88A and 89”.
