Repeal and re‑enactment of section 140
Section 140 of the Employment Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Amendment of Schedules140.—
(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend any of the Schedules.(2) The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make such provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent to the enactment of that order as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.”.
