Amendment of Fourth Schedule
The Fourth Schedule to the Employment Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “whose monthly basic rate of pay is less than $2,250” in the first column of item 2 and substituting the words “employed on a monthly basic rate of pay”;
(b)
by deleting item 3; and
(c)
by deleting the words “, or the hourly basic rate of pay of an employee specified in this column for item 3, whichever is the lower” in the second column of items 5, 7 and 9.
