Clause 118

Section 3(1) of the Remote Gambling Act 2014 (Act 34 of 2014) is amended by deleting paragraphs (c) and (d) of the definition of “financial institution” and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)any operator of a designated payment system under the Payment Services Act 2019; or”.
