Clause 120

Paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the Small Claims Tribunals Act (Cap. 308, 1998 Ed.) (as in force on the date of commencement of section 20 of the Small Claims Tribunals (Amendment) Act 2018 (Act 33 of 2018)) is amended by deleting the words “holding a valid money‑changer’s licence under the Money‑changing and Remittance Businesses Act (Cap. 187)” and substituting the words “who has in force a licence under the Payment Services Act 2019 that entitles the person to carry on a business of providing a money‑changing service”.
