Amendment of section 134
Section 134 of the Merchant Shipping Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “as” in the definition of “Convention”, the words “amended by the Protocol of 1996 to Amend the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims and”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “Schedule” in the definition of “Convention” and substituting the words “First Schedule”.
