Amendment of section 1

Section 1 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) This Act continues in force for a period of 5 years beginning on 21 October 2019.”.
