Miscellaneous amendments
The principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 30” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “section 30(1)”:Sections 27(1) (definition of “registrable particulars”), 27A(2)(b), 31(1), 32(1) and (2), 42(1), (2) and (3), 43(9), 44(1) and 45(1); and
(b)
by deleting the words “under this Act” in sections 35 and 49(2)(a).
