Clause 7

Section 11(1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)the Director‑General has knowledge of any prescribed scheduled chemical that is transported within Singapore exceeding the prescribed quantity mentioned in section 9A;”.
