Clause 7

Section 25(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “officer of customs, or special police officer or member of the Vigilante Corps authorised in writing by a police officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police,” and substituting the words “special police officer or officer of customs”.
