Amendment of section 47

Section 47 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “an outbreak” in subsection (1), the words “or a suspected outbreak”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “Minister” wherever it appears in subsections (1), (2) and (4) and substituting in each case the word “Director”.
