Amendment of section 57A
Section 57A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)to any person if the disclosure is necessary for the person to take measures to prevent the spread or possible outbreak of the infectious disease; or”;
(b)
by deleting the words “subsection (1)(a)(i)” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “subsection (1)(a)”;
(c)
by deleting subsection (3);
(d)
by deleting the words “or (3)” in subsection (5)(a); and
(e)
by inserting, immediately after the word “information” in the section heading, the words “by Director”.
