Clause 14

Deletion and substitution of heading to Part 3

Part 3 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading and Division heading: “CIVIL ACTIONS AND ORDERS Division 1 — Actions and orders relating to contraventions of Part 2”.
